We are delighted to host your rustic and farm themed birthday and corporate parties; both during normal business hours and off-hours.
Accommodations and facilities run from a very simple reserved use of our picnic shelter during business hours. There are many ways we can arrange things for you so the following price list is not exhaustive.
1. Basic Package During Normal Farm Hours: Reserve our picnic shelter with 3 picnic tables, and public access to the playset, restroom and the seasonal opportunities provided by the farm, during the posted business hours: $15.00/hr, with no partial hours or pro-rating, and a $50.00 cleanup deposit, payable upon arrival. All trash must be put into the provided trash can, and any food debris and spillage must be completely cleaned up with refuse put in the provided trash can. Cleanup deposit will be refunded at the end of the visit after a satisfactory inspection by a Meadowlark Farm authorized employee.
2. Basic Package During Off Hours: This is the same arrangement as above, except the hourly rate is $50.00 and the cleanup deposit is $100, refundable at the end of the visit after a satisfactory inspection by a Meadowlark Farm authorized employee.
3. Picnic Shelter Usage along with access to farm house kitchen and cooking facilities. This includes the picnic shelter, three picnic tables, use of the farmhouse kitchen and its cooking facilities, and the back deck of the farm house. $100/hr for off hour usage, $50/hr for usage during normal open hours. Cleanup deposit of $100, at the end of the visit after a satisfactory inspection by a Meadowlark Farm authorized employee.
Many other extras are possible: bonfires, extra tables and chairs, hayrack rides, special tours, horticulture training sessions etc. Prices for these ad hoc items are available on request.
